The terms and conditions for tours and transfers provided by Reliable Island Charter Tours and Services, have been outlined as follows:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour or transfer date in order to receive a refund. Any cancellations made after this period will not be refunded. Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. Full refunds will be given in the event of inclement weather or if the provider cancels the tour.
The companies shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any person or any passenger's property whether such injury occurs on land or on any ship related to the tour sold. This applies regardless of whether the injury or damage is caused by the negligence of the company's servants or agents, or by the negligence of other persons in the employment or service of the companies, or by an act of God, dangers of the seas, or by accidents or any acts, defaults or negligence of any of the companies agents or servants of any kind under any circumstances whatsoever. By accepting a ticket or voucher, it is deemed that you have been made aware of this condition and the disclaimer shall apply in the case of any action against any servant or agent of any of the companies.
